Specification

Необходимо написать советник на основе двух индикаторов.Если сигналы от двух индикаторов совпадают открываем ордер или на продажу или на покупку.Советник должен работать на всех временных интервалах и на всех валютных парах. Мани менеджмент настраиваемый. Без привязки к определенному брокеру.ТЗ и индикаторы вышлю после согласования.
