Need a script

Hello Guys

I need a new script. please find details below:

Place Pending orders based on TIME.

SET to OPEN position on preset Time.  

SET to CLOSE position on preset Time.

Buy  @ x Number pips from Ask/Bid price.

Stop loss @ x Number of pips from Ask/Bid price.

Cancel orders if preset price to BUY not reached within specified time.

Add Trailing stop. if trade is opened and in the money, then I want the trailing stop to keep moving every x pips.

I need this done today.
