Specification

Два варианта написания советника - либо по индикатору MA (который будет работать по указанным мной в ТЗ параметрам от цены PRICE_MEDIAN), либо без задействования советника от уровня внутридневной средней цены. На выбор исполнителя в зависимости от удобства написания. У советника должны быть выходные параметры, настраиваемые по желанию пользователя. Торговая стратегия проста, будет описана в ТЗ.
