I need scalping EA to trade Boom and crash spikes on Deriv. preferably 1 minutes, 5 minute and 15 minute time frame.

I need the robot to open trades based on the RSI indicator settings using the current market price. The robot should execute a buy trade when RSI is at 30 level, 20 level, 10 level and 1 for the buy orders (must be able to change). That bot should be able to enter 2 buy position on level 30, 2 positions on level 20, two positions on level 10 and two position on level 1 on 1 minute time frame for buy scenario.

For a sell scenario the robot should be able to sell when the RSI level is 70,85 and 90 and closes all the sell position when RSI is at level 30.

The robot should close all buy positions when RSI reaches level 70 and Open sell position when RSI is at level 70, 80 and 85. stop loss should be 10 candles depending on the time frame the robot is plugged on. Max spread filter, profits and loss counter filer, time filter. Able to select different time frames. I should be able to modify stop loss and take profit levels.

The RSI period 21

Levels: 90, 80, 70, 50, 30, 20, 10, 1.

Requirements:

Conditions for Buy:

buy when RSI is at level 1, 10, 20 and 30 (should be able to change)

Stop Loss: Under 20 pips from entry. (should be able change)

Take Profit: TP when RSI is at level 70 (should be able change)

Conditions for Sell:

Sell When RSI is at Level 70, 80,85 and 90 (should be able change)

Stop Loss:  20 pips from entry. (should be able change)

Take Profit: TP When RSI is at level 30. (should be able change)

Indicators: 

1)  EMA (21): All parameters should be changeable (Period, shift, method, apply-to) 

2) EMA (50): All parameters should be changeable (Period, shift, method, apply-to)

3)  EMA (100): All parameters should be changeable (Period, shift, method, apply-to)

4.) The RSI period is 21.

           Levels (1,10,20,30,50,70,80,90): All parameters should be changeable (Period, levels, scale, apply-to, visualization)

Add trend lines, support and resistance lines.

i Should be able to choose between buy or sell on either boom or crash or any pair. Example one should be able to instruct the bot to trade sell signals only on crash and buy signals only on boom or both.

Trade according to the time frame chosen. example if 5 minutes is selected, it should trade accordingly and enter trades on 5 minutes using the RSI settings.

The bot should be able to detect the trend or direction of the market and trade accordingly.

v  Draw horizontal resistance line on the level touched 3 times or more on candle wicks L1

v  Draw horizontal support line on the level touched 3 times or more on candle wicks L2

v  Draw horizontal line at 5 points below line 1 (5 points must be changed). Level 3

Draw horizontal line at 5 points above line 2 (5 points must be changed). Level 4.

Please i want a good and experience developer who can meet my requirement and even add more related things to make the EA work perfectly.
