Specification

I am looking for a developer to code an EA that will open a trade when the user places a horizontal line on the chart. I want to input how much money I want to risk beforehand. Then I will place a horizontal line that will act as my Stop Loss. When I double click this line and it becomes deselected the EA will open a trade at the current market price. I want this so I can execute my trades as fast as possible. And, by doing so I know the exact risk for that specific SL.
