Specification

There is lots of free scripts and EA's for news trading. Can someone please help me to upgrade let's say this one: www.mql5.com/en/code/8054 ?

Just need two simple pending orders for specific date and time. I want to set seconds before that time to open 2 orders and also delete it if not opened. 

Lots = 0.1; // Orders Lot Size
Pips Step = 5; // Pips of pending orders away from the current Bid & Ask
Stop Loss = 10; // Stop Loss in Pips
Take Profit = 5; // Take Profit in Pips
Slippage = 5; // Slippage in Pips
Date = 2014.06.23; // Day of the News
Time = 11:30; // Time of the News
Open Time = 10; // Seconds Before News to Place Pending Orders

Close Time = 10; // Seconds To Wait After News to Delete Pending Orders
