Create EA from my TradingView Pine Script Strategy, with a few additional fields for comprehensive backtesting

I was asked to update my requirements, I hope this is comprehensive:

Requirements:

I have a strategy I'm quite happy with that's running from TV alerts to MT... but I'd rather have it running locally & improve upon my backtesting options with the benefits of MT5.

It includes a few things:

Take Profit (from 0.1% to 20%) [variable, true or false]

Stop Loss (from 0.1% to 20%) [variable, true or false]

Multiple MA/EMA: I need options in the new EA for TWO ExpMA. E9 & E21 (or however else independently configurable or dynamic, but 2 MA/EMA values minimum, differentiating them is a bonus. [variable]

- Each MA has its own section that can be turned on or off and the MA has a percentage variable where it is 100% or 1% effective, or 0%.
