MACD Crossover Indicator with horizontal trendline on candle H/L (on MT4)

I would like to have an indicator shows the following:
1. When MACD crossover up, draw a horizontal trendline on the respective candle's low, length about 5 candles (only the first candle that has up macd)
2. When MACD crossover down, draw a horizontal trendline on the respective candle's high, length about 5 candles (only on the first candle that has down macd)

What I need on Input Page:
1. MACD setting (Fast EMA, Slow EMA, Signal SMA, Applied)
2. Trendline setting for MACD Crossover UP (Color, Style, Width, draw object as background option)
3. Trendline setting for MACD Crossover DOWN (Color, Style, Width, draw object as background option)
4. Number of trendline show on chart (range 1~600)
5. Multi-timeframe option (M1, M5, M15, M30, H1, H4, D1, W1, MN) 

Please allow a single chart to have multiple of this indicator, as I will use this on M1, and want to view the lines drawn from M5 and M15 chart as well. 

I would expect the indicator to auto drawing the new trendline whenever the macd crossover is confirmed, which is when that candle is done and completed. I don't want to see the trendline pop out and disappear as that potential crossover candle still moving up and down (No Repaint). 

Following is a picture of what I would expect from this indicator, as am now drawing these lines manually, hoping indicator can take over the drawing job. :)
