Crear señales con un indicador y una MA

Specification

Yo tengo un indicador que usa los niveles fibbonaci,   con este indicador yo necesito obtener  una señal en nivel 0 fibo y nivel 100 fibo, pero esta señal debe aparecer cuando coincida con la subida o descenso de una media móvil.
