I want a trading robot that will be base on candle stick and formation Parabolic Sar indicator

I want a trading robot that will be base on candle stick and formation Parabolic Sar indicator . I will provide detail with pictures. I want a situation where I put the robot on the chart and the robot will choose buy or sell. When the robot open a trade it should only buy or sell in that particular direction only. That is if put the robot on the chart and it choose buy/sell, for example if the trade is open on the 1hr time frame. Then at the end of the candle it is still a bullish candle then the robot should open 2 buy position since I chose  buy and number of trade to open and open 2 on the perimeter section. The robot will open again more position with the same lot size and number of trade if the next candle is still bullish it will keep buying  until the next candle is bearish or negative then the robot wont perform any task. That is if I chose buy then the robot only has to keep buying so long as the next candle is bullish and if the next candle is bearish then it wont buy or sell it will wait until a candle close positive or bullish again then it will buy again. The perimeters will include lot size buy/sell number of trades to open at every candle. TP and SL max spread filter time and date filter magic SL and TP (that's is a level where once price reach that level the robot will close all trades automatically) I also what the robot to be able to break even. the robot Should also Display and over all gain or lose pip count on the chart will provide detail picture. 

My levels for buy and selling is (PSYCOLOGICAL/QUATERS THE0RY LEVELS) I want thousand 0000 and hundreds 000 fifty 50 levels to be shown using horizontal lines in different colors keep the tens 10 line hidden .

My levels or for ex. (35000 35020 35040 35060 35080 35100) (35100 35150 35200 35250 35300 35350 35400 35450 35500 35550 35600 35650 35700 35750 35800 35850 35900 35950). If a Parabolic Sar and a bullish candle appear at any of these levels mention above the robot should buy if the and  If a Parabolic Sar and a bearish candle appear at any of these levels mention above the robot should sell.

I want to chose the time frame the robot trade on so if I put the robot on the daily I want it to trade daily if I put it hourly I want it to hourly if I put it on the 5 min or 1min the ill scalp.  

NOTE: I WANT THE ROBOT TO BE ABLE TO WORK ON MT4 AND MT5 PLATFORM!!!
