Convert indicator to EA with arrow

Hello,

I've an indicator bought on: https://www.mql5.com/it/market/product/36736
This indicator plots an arrow at the end of current bar. I need an expert advisor based on that indicator that respect the following requirements:

1) When an arrow appears, enter at market with custom TP and SL

2) If there is an opened trade with an arrow, and this signal has not touched the TP or SL, if a new arrow will come, the EA must close the old/existing position and open the new trade with custom TP and SL. So only one trade at time.

3) Trading time filters: Possibility to stop the EA at custom hour and minute. 

4) Double money management: Fixed lots or % on the equity
