If yes is your answer then write a program with the indicator to do the following:
1.    If the indicator thumbs is down from -0 to -20 then below -80 to -100 find the last decline ca value and time at the main chart and insert an arrow at the top of that ca. See image!!!
2.    If the indicator thumbs is up from -100 to -80  then above -20 to -0 find the last rise ca value and time at the main chart and insert an arrow at the bottom of that ca. See image!!!
3.    The indicator will have a new name I will give you latter if this job trial version is done before a payment is to be made.
4.    Allow users to adjust the indicator period.

5. Allow only 2 history of thumbs down and thumbs up if attach at the chart then allow newer update from there upward till deactivated from chart. See image.
