Specification

Indicator will send alert on required conditions. Based on horizontal lines with simple mathematical conditions.

Basic function for sending alert. Price go down and hit blue level of level 3. Then go back to green line level of level 1.

When the price hit level 1 on same side as level 3. ( level 3 hit under the central line and level 1 hit also under central line 0. Indicator will send alert. Works also mirrored.

But there are some conditions.
