EA based on Heikin Ashi

Hi, 

I need an EA for MT4 that works easily with the Heikin Ashi. The EA must be:

1. Open the buy or the sell at the close of the first candle HA green in Buy and Red in sell
2. Must have the option to select if I wanna operate just in buy, just in sell or both
3. The option with the points for the SL (with 0 means no level of TP/SL)
4. The SL level must be few points under the last minimum if is a buy position or over the last maximum if is a sell position
5. The option for the SL level can be like the point 4, so under or over, or can be in point or can be removed every level so this means that I can operate with no SL level
6. TP level can be in points or with the possibility of close the trade when the signal change (only if the position is in gain).
7. Each signal can open ONLY one trade.
8. If last trade is still open (maybe for example is not in SL yet) the EA can open another one in the same direction when it gets the signal. Not more than 2 trade per chart.
