Compare open with close

I am looking for the following EA working on MT4 and MT5.

1-Working for all intervals

2-If close is higher than open , then next day buy

3-If close is less than open , then next day sell

4- set a TP and SL and parameter called repetition (REP) 

4-For open position , need to have the option of opening the position exactly at the day opening price , or after exactly one hour from the opening time .

5-For sure . Saturday and Sunday , no position should be opened .

6-For closing the position, need to 

A-If the TP achieved , then close the position .and the new day position should be with the same original size .

B-If SL achieved , need to open and opposite position and close the opened one and  then   to calculate the loses and new position with a size to cover the loses and get the needed profit from the original deal 

As an example :EURUSD buy position with 50 pips TP and 50 SL with 0.1 size ,this deal will get 50 USD$ as a profit or 50$ as loses , so at SL ,immediately open new sell position which will be opened with a  size  to cover the 50$ losses and get the needed 50$ from the first deal using 50 pips, so total needed is 100USD$ using the same TP=50 pips , so in order to achieve it the new size of this new sell position should be 0.2 , and in case also the SL achieved , then the loses will be :

1-50$ from the first position and 100$ from the second position , so total is 150$ , and need original 50$ so total needed from the third position is 200$ and in order to achieve it using the 50 pips , then the needed size for the 4th buy position is 0.4 , and so on till achieve the TP

Now the Rep parameter , is a parameter to but the max number of the increasing the size which once reach this number , the size will be freeze , till get all the previous loses and the needed profit , then the size will come back to the original one , 

I.e. if in our example we put REP =3 , then i will have the first position buy with 0.1 size , then the 2nd one will be 0.2 , thirds one will be 0.4 , then if SL achieved again , forth one will be also 0.4 , 5th one also 0.4 , then if the 6th one achieve the TP , the size will remains 0.4 for the 7th deal and if it is reach the TP , also will remain 0.4 till all loses cover in addition to getting the profit needed . then after that will go back to the original size .

Also , if as an example , current position is buy and SL and TP not achieved , , then at the end of the day , and according to the condition we have , next day deal should be sell , then the current position will be closed at the end of the day , and if it is + profit , then next day position will be opened with the original size , but if it is negative , then also close it and change the size of the next day deal to cover this loses and get the needed gain as mentioned and so on.
