A generic security function for any trading system (Round 1)

I have a security checklist for trading systems, and a platform to check it automatically, and I want to improve it with new ideas and algorithms, for any market (Forex or Stock Exchange).

If you have a security function that you use before or while sending any order to market, or checking it running and final positions, that works fine and or you would like to develop, and that is not in my checklist, I would like to develop it as a modular function for any market.

My idea is to select the best one in Round 1, and my preference is new security ideas for trading execution.  

You don't need to send any private information to be a candidate for this freelance task, just send me the main idea of the security function, price and period do delivery, to be analyzed.

If we start the job, the final delivery will be the Class, a little guide of usage, an example EA and the final source code.
