MQL4 Experts Trading robot/indicator debugging

Specification

I require an expert advisor to be created using the Waddah Attar Explosion indicator in conjunction with price action and used on the 30min, 1 hour, 4 hour and daily charts of forex pairs and indicies. The set up on the chart would be for long price to show a new low whilst the histogram below is lower than the previous one.

For short price to indicate a new high whilst the histogram below is lower than the previous one. Can't attach screen shots for some reason would need to email them to visually better explain what I'd like to be done.
