MeM14 and MACD

i need an expet advisor  base on  DeM  14 and Macd  12,26.9    SELL order... macd has to be below cero line  DeM14 has to be  above 30 line level when the DeM cross down  the 30 level is going to SELL.... same thing for BUY   macd  above cero line  DeM 14 below 70 line level when the DeM 14 cross UP is going to BUY. i want   open 3 orders for each trade  leave an option to change the setting on DeM.
