Specification

I need a developer that can help me develop indicator that will draw a psychological levels  on my chart

1.The indicator will give alert when price break and close above or below the psychological levels 

2. the Indicator will have account protection modules 

3.The indicator will allow psychological levels lines color to be edited by user

4. the indicator will be able to work on Both 4 and 5 digits brokers 

5. The Indicator will allow Line style editable

6. Whole random number and 50 levels will have different lines colors and line styles 

Ex: 1.7800.00  Blue color Line

      1.7850.00 Yellow Color Line
