Specification

I need a function which I can implement in an ea which shows if price had been in a verified zone from the indicator attached :

Ideally if the function could look at the previous last n bars and determine if price at any point was within that zone and if it was the function return a value such as true/false or whatever is appropriate.

Have attached the file of the indicator to add clarification
