Develop EA based on breakout of market session with dynamic stoploss and takeprofit

EA is based on 2 rules :

Rule 1 : EA will only open buy if price is above the 2 moving average : 80 and 60

EA will only open sell if price below the 2 moving average.

Rule 2 : EA will open buy order if price make candle close (H1) above the high of the previous session. E.g Price is now in London Market ( in my timezone is at 15:00) and price make candle close above the high of tokyo market (07:00 - 14:59) 

EA will open sell order if price make candle close (H1) below the low of the previous market session. 

Basically the EA will look for the high and low of the previous market session to open order, given it fit with rule 1. 

From 7:00 - 14:59 time, it will look for high or low of US market (previous day) 

From 15:00 until 19:59 , it will look for high or low of Tokyo market

From 20:00 until 04:00 , it will look for high or low of london market

It has fixed stoploss and auto trailing takeprofit.

It also has set max pips set , in case the candle close has too big range from the breakout 

It also did not open multiple order, only one order until it reach takeprofit or stoploss 

It also lock to account number.
