Specification

需要针对当前货币当前周期的RSI进行程序编写

条件1：分别对当前周期rsi（10）进行，取值三根K线， 分别是p0=K线[0], p1= K线[1], p2= K线[2]的RSI（10）值；

条件2：对rsi(10)周期进行MA（20）的分析，取值三根K线，分别获取其 m0=K线[0], m1= K线[1], m2= K线[2]的值；

如图所示，条件1针对RSI绿线的取值，条件2针对RSI窗口里那根红线的取值，分别对应着最新的三根K线。
