I need a DASHBOARD which reads out 1 visual indicator

looking for an experienced developer to make me an dashboard for specific currency pairs that can be set in the properties over all tf. 

The Dashboard shall display levels/price values that are dependend on an indicator that can be access through its name/color PLUS distance of actual price to those levels with an alert if its close to that level.

essentially the indicator draws a line on chart that needs to be read on each tf. the indicator is bound to a specific account number so i guess development must take place on my vps.
