EA that opens positions to 15% of account, buys microlots to maintain 15% when price moves favorably, closes when posotion reverses by 2% of initial account equity

Once I decide on a forex pair to buy or sell based on trend analysis and find a good entry point based on price action, I will launch this advisor to purchase/sell lots, microlots, minilots etc.. until 15% of account equity has been placed in this pair. I would like two versions. One for long, one for short.

When price moves favorably, the EA will purchase another minilot as soon as enough new margin is available to maintain 15% of account invested in this pair.

If price reverses by 2% of the INITIAL account equity, all open positions will close as quickly as possible.

I had this working in MT5 on practice account ( have the script) , but am having trouble implementing it in MT4. It needs to be able to close multiple positions in FIFO order sequence, waiting for one to close before closing the next.
