Scalper MT4

I need an EA for MT4 that works in the periods of M5 AND M15.

Indicators for confirming buy or sell entries:

1) Bollinger Bands (Breakup)
2) RSI in period 7 (Over 70 overbought, below 30 oversold)
3) Stochastic 533, 80 overbought, 20 oversold.

A buy or sell entry should only occur when confirming the 3 indicators at the same time.

A buy or sell entry should only occur when confirming the 3 indicators at the same time and after confirming the next candle after the bollinger band has broken.

For example:

RSI Indicating oversold

Stochastic Indicating oversold

Breaking of the bollinger band and closing of the candle after the falling break = Confirmation for sales order.

There should be input options for magic number, take profit, stop loss, lot size, daily profit target, daily loss limit.
