An indicator based on bollinger bands ,moving average and rsı

Hello, I want an indicator to be made. Bollinger bands , moving average and rsı  will be used for the strategy. We will use 1 hour charts.First, we want to see a swing starting with a green candle (including tail) touching the bottom line of the bollinger band on the 1-hour chart , and we want the swing to be at least 3 candles.In the swing 2nd candle should never be red. This is a buy signal if the current swing's last candle closes above the  moving average and rsi above 50 . 2 consecutive red candles are acceptable in the swing. however, 3 would be considered invalid as it would mean a new swing. Vice versa will be a sell signal. Finally, I want the moving average ,bollinger bands and rsı to be adjustable to try out different strategies and if possible I want a beep or message notification plug-in to notify me.
