Customize fibo levels

I wish to have a fibo drawn on chart when that indicator plug in. 

Fibo levels i want as follow: 
Level 3.0 
Level 2.75
Level 2.5 
Level 2.25
Level 2.0 
Level 1.75
Level 1.5 
Level 1.25
Level 1.0 
Level 0.75
Level 0.5
Level 0.25
Level 0.00
Level -0.25
Level -0.5
Level -0.75
Level -1.0
Level -1.25... and so on until level -3.0

So each fibo got total of 25 levels. 
Description for each level available so that i can have price remark on that level.
Level color and width can be customize at dropdown list.

Have the option of drawing daily fibo and weekly fibo. 
Then i can have two of the same indicator on the chart, one is daily fibo and one weekly fibo. 
Number of daily fibo drawn on chart: 21 by default, however the number can be change, or would be better if it can show as much as the chart available. (for the ease of backtest :) 
Have an option to show or not to show current day fibo. (cos when it is just start of the day, fibo lines will look messy on today's move.)
