Want to make an EA from TradingView strategy converting from Pine script

I am looking to get an indicator I use on TradingView (Pine Editor) converted into an MT4 Expert Advisor.

It has around 70 lines of code in Pine and opens long and short positions when several conditions are met. It is coded in a way that it is always in a trade at any given time on whichever currency pair, index, or cfd it is used. 

When the strategy provides a new signal open trade must close and it has to open new trade according to the signal, so this way it will only have 1 open trade at all time in the spesific pair.

It needs to be working for all timeframes down to 1 minute on all markets including indices and commodities and it must also work on various brokers with a trading account denominated in USD, EUR, GBP.

I need the indicator and signals to run visually on the charts in MT4.

I need all indicator parameters to be editable from defaults via input boxes.

I would like to have the 2 options for position size calculation.

Option 1, a user defined % allocation of capital per market

Option 2, a fixed initial lot with a size increasing option by a defined percentage when the previous trade ends up to be a loosing one

I would like 3 options for a stop,

Option 1, Automatic stop (or TP) when an opposite position is entered. 

Option 2, an adjustable trailing stop for a defined number of pips

Option 3, a predefined manual % for a stop. I.e if I type in 1% it will automaticly calculate 1% from entry price.

With the possibility of enabling one or more options at once. 

Also I need a function where I can manually close the trade without the EA re-opening position again before the market condition switch in other direction again. 

EA must give the same results and be bug free; this is to be run on a Live account.  Source code must be provided.
