Need Script That Opens Positions, Pending Orders and Calculates Risk

I need a script that opens a long or short position and calculates the risk amount in $ for the SL.

I also need the script to have an input that I can divide the position into a number of equal positions. I would like to split the risk between one or more positions and set different TPs for them.

Additionally, I would like the script to create pending orders at a set number of pips from the current price, still having the risk management parameters.
