Convert MT4 EA code to MT5 functionality.

Specification

I have an expert advisor on MT4 that I would like to convert to MT5. It should act on MT 5 the exact same way as it acts on MT4. So the deliverable code  for this project must be the same as what is in the MT4 code to be provided. The worker will take the requirements and translate them into the language of the MT5 and test it. Experience with coding for MT5 expert advisor is required. Please post previous experience with mql5.
