Custom MTF high low indicator.

I want to make pervious high low as well as current high low indicator (both should be optional) with three option for each high low time frame and there should be three buffer one for buy, one for sell and one for flat. for example ;-

 If price is above the pervious candle high then signal should be UP but as soon as price come down from pervious candle high then the signal should be FLAT  and continue FLAT until the price crosses the pervious candle LOW / HIGH and as soon as price crosses low of pervious candle then signal should be DOWN. and there should not be any time bound of candle closing or opening, signal should be appear as soon as the price crosses.

There should be options for what types of candle i want to use PERVIOUS or CURRENT and in the pervious options there should be options for number of candle i want to put. 

Now most importantly there should be MTF pervious high low as well as combination of the two or three high low signal and the combined signal should be appear on screen.  

Moreover there should not be any figure shown in the data window accept signal running. so for that there should be options for three buffer. so that it can be shown in differently in the data window.
