индюк работает но при запуске выдает ошибку  - array out of range in 'indikator_test.mq5' (82,23)

далее никаких проблем 

всего 150 строк  не магу понять в чем проблема 

задача: полностью устранить проблему, устранить возможные недостатки, также приветствуется упростить код.
