An Expert Advisor based on MACD and 200 EMA

Hello, looking for an Expert Advisor for MT4 that is based off of the MACD crossing signal and a 200 EMA Trend Line on forex pairs. I use Blackbull Market MT4 for my MacBook Pro (if that means anything). If above 200 EMA and the MACD crossover is below the zero histogram then it would be a buy and then if below the 200 EMA and the MACD crossover is above the zero histogram then it would be a sell. Looking for a Risk Reward of 1:1.5 and a stop loss that is 5 pips above or below the last pullback. Looking for it to work on 1min to 1hr timeframe but favouriting the 1,5,15min timeframes and if possible only allowing one trade per chart (currency) at a time. But can run up to 3 different currencies. (ie. 1 trade on 15min EURUSD, 1 trade on 15min EURJPY, 1 trade on 5min AUDJPY)

Buy Order:

on a MACD(12,26,9), when the Main line crosses the signal line upwards (if its below the histogram), and the current price is above the 200EMA place a buy order (after the second green candle in a row closes as confirmation) with a Risk Reward of 1:1.5RR. 

Sell Order: 

on a MACD(12,26,9), when the Main line crosses the signal line(if its above the histogram), and the current price is below the 200EMA, place a sell order (after the second red candle in a row as confirmation) with a RR of 1:1.5RR. 

Stop Loss: 

The Stop Loss should be placed 3-5 Pips below (if buy) or above (if sell) the most recent pullback. Then if we can get a trailing stop loss once a 1:1 Risk Reward if that is possible.

Take Profit: 

Take Profit should be 1:1.5 Risk to Reward with changeable settings for the Risk Reward along with Lot Size options per forex currency pair.
