Specification

I want a EA based on Heiken Ashi Candles 

Open buy trade in H1 when the calour change from red candle to green candle and H4 and D1 show the same calour 

Open sell trade in H1 when the calour change from green candle  to red candle  and H4 and D1 show the same calour 

The EA should have the option to set the trading hours 

The EA should have the option to set TP and SL 

The EA should not open new Trades when the Margin level is 1000 % or lower 

The EA sould have a money management option
