Store data to a text/csv file

I need an indicator with the following functions

1) Find lines with a specific color

2) Find breaks between those lines

3) Store data to a file

4) Store additional data to the file

Functions in more detail:

1) Should find pairs of target and stop lines with  specific color.

2) Should identify breaks between target and stop lines. Calculate each breaks ratio.

In the case of Target line > Stop line a break occurs if the current bars high is higher than the previous bars high. The ratio calculates as (Target line – last bars High)/ (last bars high – Stop line).

In the case of Stop line > Target line a break occurs if the current bars low is lower than the previous bar slow. The ratio calculates as (last bars low – Target line)/(Stop line -  last bars low)

3) Store data:
Target lines:      Start and end date/time; Price level; Color; Name, duration in bars
Stop lines:          Start and end date/time; Price level; Color; Name; duration in bars
OPEN, HIGH, LOW, CLOSE at the start and end of Target/Stop line (which is the same date)
The first Break of each range with:
Bar number, Break ratio, Brake level, Brake Time, and highest high and lowest low after the break one bar before the end of the lines (basically excluding the last bar).
