Moving average channels based on Excel mode and median

Flexibility to choose the TP level for my positions, 

for example:

a sell order opened , in the EA input parameter window should allow me to chose which price level based on the Moving average color:

Sell-Limit1. :  Moving average (yellow)

Sell-Limit2. : Moving average   (green)

Sell-Limit3 :  Moving average  (Black)

Sell-Limit4 :  Moving average  (Blue)

I want to control the EA license , I have the MQL5 code just position it in this EA

in case I want to give someone that EA , I can control with what account to be used with , or with date expiration

- Modular based for the policy applied , for example I can add another policy (code) in specific block , to allow me in the future to be used as a trade condition

- ability to hide(restrict) some settings in case I want to give it for someone as a trial   , but I want him not to see or control some policy criteria.
- Also to restrict based on Time frame the EA to be dropped on , hard coded, in case I want to publish it for community.

- Hard code the comment for each placed or opened position , only to be controlled from the code.

- 3 Buy levels each level A & B, same for sell , 
For Sell:2&3 (B) + Buy2&3 (B) one policy is defined for Automated order placement (Max-Min/a configurable parameter number).
so EA has only 6 slots , it can't exceed them
