EA with routine analysis for buying and selling.

I need someone to evaluate my Project files to know how many days it will take to complete and the cost. My initial budget is USD100 $ and I am waiting for your negotiable budget to have an agreement .

In total there are 3 files: 1st file with Flowchart of the repetitive analysis cycle. The 2nd file with two graphs, a 15-minute graph next to the 1-minute graph to identify when to buy. The 3rd file with two charts, a 15 minute chart next to the 1 minute chart to identify when to sell. That is, the 15-minute and 1-minute charts form a set to analyze whether it is to buy or sell.
