EA based on LB pattern

It is a simple EA

I want the EA find the pattern bellow and take a trade

Trade will be size or risk %

Very important TP need be exactly as SL so need account for spread when trade is taken

Trade will be taken when bullish candle is over the red candle 15 points customizable

Sl will be 15 points under the red candle, customizable

Need set TP same distance as SL trade need be 1:1 with the option to have set TP as I want like 1:1.2 or 1:2 also option to BE

I need the option to set the maximum and minimum pips on the trade

EA need find the pattern for buy  and sell also with the option only buy over an horizontal or sell under an horizontal line
