Specification

I would like to have an EA made for me. I will trade this on MT4 charts. I will trade it on the 15m chart using various currency pairs put mainly gbp/usd. I will be using a 35sma. when a candle crosses and closes on either side of the 35sma I want a pending order set 35 pips beyound the close of the candle that crossed. I want a 50 pip t/p and a 30 pip s/l. If price reverses and crosses and closes in the opposite direction it cancels my original order and puts me in a trade going in that direction.  Thanks
