Indicator to display the amount of bullish/bearish pips over given period

Before someone asks, it's not ADR, or ATR or some kind of similar indicator that already exists. I tried asking forums but this is not a pre-existing indicator, so I am asking for it to be developed.

The purpose of this indicator is to show how many pips there have been in the past x period (input by the user) that are bullish/bearish, or more simply put, green and red candles. 

The number should be displayed somewhere on the screen in the format X/Y, where X is green pips and Y is red, and the position of this should display the given time period e.g 1 Minute, 5 minutes, 20 minutes, 5 hours, 50 days, 200 days whatever.

Below I have included a very basic demo image of what should be happening

As you can see from the image, the pips I have written are not accurate, they are just to explain the logic of the indicator.

In the example the input period is 7 days, so the last 7 days worth of candles are checked, in this case, the last 7 since it's the daily timeframe.

The pips the candle closed on would be counted separately, so candles that closed positive (or green), are one value, and negative candles (or red), are another value.

These values are then displayed on the screen respectively, like you can see in the little box I've drawn as an example and shown the calculations.

The price is negotiable, though I don't think it's a lot due to the nature of this not being a super complex trading system or anything difficult for a good coder.
