Indicator based on Candle Size (Points)

Hi, hope everything is well

I need a indicator that plots an arrow on the chart when the following condition is met:

Bullish: There is a bull candle that is > than the last 3 candles in size

Bearish: There is a bear candle that is > than the last 3 candles in size

This calculation should be done at the CLOSE of each candle, so there is no repaint when an arrow is ploted. 

The indicator should have the following inputs:

1- Barcount: Number of bars that the indicator should count and plot arrows

2- TimeFilter: Time filter should limit the arrows in the chart to only show between those hours. 

Example:

Start time 8 (From 08:00)
End time 11 (To 11:59)

3- Points Buffer: The candle needs to be at least "X" points bigger than the last 3 candles

Example: If set to 1 then the candle only needs to be 1 point bigger to be triggered as a signal, 
               If set to 10 then the candle needs to be 10 points bigger, etc..

4-Reversal candles: The condition for the arrow remains the same, but we add another condition: 

Bearish: There needs to be a bearish candle > than the last 3 candles, and the previous candle before the signal candle should be Bullish.

Bullish: There needs to be a bullish candle > than the last 3 candles, and the previous candle before the signal candle should be Bearish.

5- Alert: Send Alerts, Notification and Pop-up when an arrow is plotted
