Need a simple expert advisor for MT5

I need a simple EA for MT5, where the EA can automatically set Stop Loss and Take Profit at Open Position, and the EA can create 2 pending orders that are; Buy Stop and Sell Stop.

The rules regarding EA below:

• Parameter User Input (5 parameters input)
• Section 1 (for automatically set Stop Loss and Take Profit at Open Position)
• Defined for Stop Loss at Open Position, example 300 pips.
• Defined for Take Profit at Open Position, example 600 pips.
• If user define Stop Loss is zero, no need to set Stop Loss at the current open position.
• If user define Take Profit is zero, no need to set Take Profit at the current open position.
• Section 2 (for automatically create Open Pending Buy and Open Pending Sell)
• Defined for profit target price from the open price position, example 200 pips.
• Defined for loss target price from the open price position, example 400 pips.
• If user define profit target is zero, no need create Buy Stop (in Uptrend) or Sell Stop (in Downtrend).
• If user define loss target is zero, no need create Buy Stop (in downtrend) or Sell Stop (in Uptrend).
• Section 3 (to defined volume by equity balance)
• Defined for volume by multiple of equity balance, example if equity balance 500 USD; the volume is 0.01 lot. But if equity balance already 1,000 USD; the volume is 0.02 lot. So, every multiple of 500 USD, volume increase 0.01 lot.
• The Rule of EA
• User must be define of 5 parameters before EA is on.
• The first EA starting, user must make one initial position. Example user create Buy position at 1820 at 0.01 lot.
• When position is open at 1820, so EA set the Stop Loss at 1817 (because user define Stop Loss 300 pips) and Take Profit at 1826 (because user define Take Profit 600 pips).
• After that, EA create 2 pending order; Buy Stop position at 1822 (because user define Profit Target 200 pips) and Sell Stop position at 1816 (because user define Loss Target 400 pips) with volume 0.01 lot if current equity less than 1K USD.
• Once when Pending Order is open, example Buy Stop is Open; then Sell Stop is canceled. Or if Sell Stop is Open; then Buy Stop is canceled. Whatever pending order is open, EA back to set Stop Loss and Take Profit (back to point 3 of rule).
• Opposite Sample of Rule
• The opposite position if Sell Position at 1820 at 0.01 lot.
• When position is open at 1820, so EA set the Stop Loss at 1823 (because user define Stop Loss 300 pips) and Take Profit at 1814 (because user define Take Profit 600 pips).
• After that, EA create 2 pending order; Sell Stop position at 1818 (because user define Profit Target 200 pips) and Buy Stop position at 1824 (because user define Loss Target 400 pips) with volume 0.01 lot if currently equity less than 1K USD.
