Specification

We are looking for an experienced MQL5 developer to join us in developing an expert advisor. Fluent english only please.


Here is the baseline spec:

1. Using a daily chart, at midnight (UK time) each day (Monday-Friday), loop through an array of symbols (possibly 50+) provided across various asset classes.

2. If SMA50 > Closing price : Close any short positions. Go long / If SMA50 < Closing price : Close any long positions. Go short.

3. All market orders should have a corresponding trailing stop. 3x21 ATR.

4. Money management. All trades should initially risk 2% of account size.


We also have some questions about how to backtest and implement strategies that cover multiple symbols. Do we have to test per symbol and implement per symbol or can MT5 handle multi-symbol backtesting and implementation?
