MT5/MT4 Netting Volume Copier

Thank you for your consideration. I have seen an exact order request earlier this year for a job that was completed.  So I will post pretty much the same description and hope that this would be easy for someone who has already created an EA that is very similar to the following.  I am looking for a trade copier with all of the usual inputs (such as the product "fast copy"). The options available in this copier should be those of that product.  It must be a very fast copier. The main important requirement is that it needs to be able to copy from an account with several orders. The result that I need, is that if there are 10 orders of .01 lots open, the copier should place a order of .10 lots. In order to make sure that all trades get accounted for, a input should be available to scan for subsequent trades after the first trade is placed. This input should be denoted in milliseconds. For example, input is 20 Ms. A series of orders starts to be placed, all within 10ms. After the very first trade is placed in signal account, the copier scans for 20ms and then adds up the open trades as one. Any subsequent trades placed in the signal account go through the same process. As single trades are closed in signal account, the net trade in copy account gets partial close so that there is always the same amount of lots traded on both accounts.  This means if there are several hedged orders in the "master" account, then the copied account should net all those orders into a single equal volume open order. This copier should also be cross compatible with the MT4 terminal. So this is for 2  trade copiers, one for MT5, and one for MT4. The copiers should be able to copy MT5->MT5, MT5->MT4, MT4->MT5, MT4->MT4. Thank you.
