I need 2 EAs base on MA cross and RSI filter for a simple strategy

Some one please help to develop for me 2 EAs as briefing specification below

EA1:

+ Place order: Main MA – MA1

-        Cross MA2 è buy, crossing option: cross up, cross down, both

-        Cross MA3 è sell, crossing option: cross up, cross down, both

+ MA option: simple, exponential

+ Price option: open, close, high (max), low (min)

+ Close on opposite signal

+ RSI Filter: True/false, RSI filter for buying, RSI filter for selling

EA2:

+ Target Bar: X

+ X bar close price higher/lower than N bars close price before è buy/sell, N bars options = 1-5 bars

+ Close after X + M bars, M options = 1, 2, 3, 4, 5

+ SL: X bar highest price + A points, X bar lowest price – A points

+ TP: length of X bar + B points (high – low + B)

+ Trailing stop, trigger, distance

+ Close all on opposite signal

+ Magic number

+ Lot size 0.01 default

+ MA filter (true/false): MA1 filter for buying, MA2 filter for selling, MA options: simple, exponential, VWMA, price applied: close, high, low
