Mql5 Horizontal Line Touch Indicator

i posted a job for create an indicator that worked for horizontal line

my requirements 

1- indicator give signal when it touch or cross the horizontal line.

2- i need 2 types of horizontal lines first one for buy and second for sell -

i) for buy condition when a bearish candle touch or cross horizontal line from upward to downward then indicator give the up signal

ii) for sell condition when a bullish candle touch or cross horizontal line from downward to upward then indicator give down signal

3- i want to add skip filter in indicator to avoid non repainted with stop signals like if i get signal then after 5 candle i don't want to see any signal and i want an input in the indicator if i enter 7 in the indicator skip filter then indicator not showing signal on 7 candles.

4- i want to combine 3 indicator condition with horizontal lines rsi, stochastic and bollinger bands when i place an horizontal line and a bullish candle touch the horizontal line   then before showing arrow indicator check if rsi, stochastic and bollinger bands if its all in overbought then indicator show sell signal otherwise indicator not showing any signal and same opposite stuff for buy signal.

5- i want an enable input for each indicator because if i want to enable 2 indicator like rsi and stochastic then indicator only follow these two indicator condition and skip bollinger bands condition and also you need add an option in indicator for inputs indicator levels like if i want to use rsi period is 7 and the levels is 60 and 40 then i can insert the values in inputs and indicator follow them.

6- also i want indicator arrow signal working for auto trading on mt2 trading bot.

7- also i want the indicator hide my horizontal lines when i draw line then its not showing in the graph.
