Add up a few money management features

Hi all coders,

I have a pretty decent EA that trades based on some spread rules. 
I need some additional features to be added :

1. Lot Sizing

1.1 Dynamic Lot Sizing
Lot size will be set based on current equity
e.g : $1000 --> 0.10, so the EA will place a specific lot based on current equity using that dynamic rules.
I have that in my other EA, I'm just not a coder who can copy paste certain codes and make it works.

1.2 Risk-Based Lot Sizing
Lot will be opened based on the risk of the SL value entered.
E.g : Risk 1% of Current Equity of $1000, and 100pips Stop Loss. It will divide the Risk in $ with the amount of SL

2. Exits

2.1. Exit by Profits/Loss in percentage
My EA might have multiple entries at a time, and sometimes I need it to close everything based on the profits/loss reached in percentage

2.2. Trailing Stop
This already included in the EA, but the problem is it doesnt seems to work will all the open positions. 
I have a strategy of opening a Counter Order if the first one hits SL, but the trailing seems to work only on the first entry, not the Counter Order.

2.3 Daily Profit Target force close
Stop the EA from making any more trades if certain profits level reached for the day.
I need the EA to record the starting balance when it started to run for the day, and closes everything if it reaches certain profits in percentage.
It will only runs again on the next day at the trading time which I set in the parameter. This rules will override all exit rules for the EA.
E.g :Assuming I set the EA to close at 5% profits. And the EA starts at 2pm, with balance/equity = $1000/$900. And I set the 
There are floating losses of $100 from previous day setup. 
EA should closes all and stop any trade for the day once it reaches 5% profits from the starting day BALANCE.
