 i need a software or a function in mt5 (whatso ever )

requirment 

1. automatically close all deals if account show drawdown of 1 or 2 percent in a day or at time . in both condition

2. and then lock the mt5 across all devices

2. this percentage can only be changed manually after 24 or 48 hours of closing
