I want an indicator that will be working on all pairs. Conditions are very simple; Buy/Sell Signal will pop-up when


If, on H-1 MACD (12,26,9) Signal line crossed below or above Zero Line, the Indicator will only be send notification when 15M MACD crosses in the same direction. 

If, on H-1 MACD (12,26,9) is already below or above the Zero Line and crossed apprear on the same direction, the indicator will only be send notification when MACD on 15m timeframe will be in same direction with the 1-hour direction.
