Creating a New simple EA

Hello Programmers, I need a new expert  adviser for forex trading based on the candle hight. For example , GBPUSD 1 hour chart a green candle goes up to 50 pips(only an example) , I need the EA makes a Buy stop and Sell stop two pending order as soon as the candle hits 50 pips. For red candle the same, The distance from current price should be adjustable.And TP,SL should be adjustable in points. Because I will select small orders. If the EA triggers two pending orders once on a 50 pips candle, the EA should wait for another 50 pips candle for execute new orders. I appreciate If you can add a  function for choose Buy stop or sell stop or both. I really need use both  but this function might useful .

The EA Should  work on any pair.

Values should be in points. Not pips.

Should work with any time frame.

The developer can give a name to  the EA.
